• Package 1: Basic Property Oversight and Bill Payment:
  Includes 2 visits per month to perform a walk-through inspection, collect and pay all bills and report any problems.
  
• Package 2: Caretaking/Management Service:
  Includes home oversight, opening/airing out home, gardening and cleaning service, bill payments, other services as needed. (Prices dependent on the property)
  
• Package 3. Rental Service/ Property Management:
  Promotion and management of your rental property.

We recommend combining a property management package with our rental service and offer a reduction in our fees to promote this mutually beneficial arrangement.
